Our Festival would not be possible without the assistance of volunteers like you.

Each year, we require over 100 volunteers to assist with various vital roles ranging from adjudicator assistants, greeters, class hosts, venue setup/teardown, administrative assistance and more.

Volunteer Opportunities are visible by areas of focus. Check them out and support your favourite instrumental category.

Your exceptional work, skills and passion for the Performing Arts are welcome, and most importantly, we seek people with lots of energy and a fun spirit.

THIS YEAR, WE ARE SEEKING PEOPLE TO FILL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

GREETER

Welcome our performers as they arrive at the venue. If you enjoy welcoming people, are detail-oriented and like helping, this is the opportunity for you.

STAGE HOST

Welcome our guests and introduce our adjudicator using a pre-written script. Collect and provide Adjudicators with required scores for each performance. If you enjoy public speaking, this is the opportunity for you!

GUEST/PERFORMER AMBASSADOR

Help our performers move throughout the venue and ensure their performance repertoire makes it to our Adjudication team. If you enjoy moving around and getting your step count up,
